Call-Out Charges

Call‑out charges apply when an engineer is required urgently or outside planned work. Each call‑out includes the first hour on site, with additional time charged in hourly increments.

Normal working hours (08:00–17:00, weekdays)

• Call‑out including first hour: £155.00
• Additional on‑site hour or part thereof: £70.00

Out‑of‑hours (17:00–08:00 weekdays, 08:00–08:00 weekends)

• Call‑out including first hour: £200.00
• Additional on‑site hour or part thereof: £95.00

These rates cover travel, attendance, diagnostics, and initial stabilisation of the issue. Any further works or replacement parts are quoted separately.

All rates are subject to VAT at 20%.
